The search interfaces on GalaxieParts.com will always have the Galaxie as
the default selection, but on Dearborn Classics the default is Comet. Don't
let that bite you! Here, we've preselected a 1959 Galaxie -- this is a
functional form, so feel free to select the year and model you're interested
in.

Of course, you can use both, too. If you select a category and enter keywords,
the search engine will look for those keywords within the selected category.
This might be just the ticket to land you right on the part you need.

| Certain words, known as "stop words"
are discarded from search queries, because they are either very common or
would be detrimental to the search results. Stop words are words like
"other" and "never". Words of three or fewer letters are
also discarded. Then, the first four words that remain are scanned and
known synonyms and abbreviations are added (for example, if you enter
"upper" as one of your keywords, the search engine adds
"up", "upr", and "top"), and, finally, the
search is conducted with the resulting list AND'ed together. If you have
set the form to reasonable values as you went along, you can use the
Submit button below to submit your search query:

| As you might guess, if your results give
too few results, you can drop keywords from your query, and if you get
too many results, you can add more (to a total of four) keywords, or
change your keywords. You might also try selecting a different category,
or even selecting "All Categories".
